Si l'histoire de la protection de l'environnement nous apprend quelque chose, ce n'est pas à la gloire de l'être humain : la loi du profit à court terme , la bêtise à l'état brut , l'avidité et l'incapacité des politiques à anticiper y ont trouvé matière à exercer leurs talents depuis trop longtemps .
